Jaskirat Singh has been running web and e-commerce business since 1999. He did his B-Tech in Chemical Engineering from IT-BHU (Varanasi) in 1999 and immediately thereafter started his own business of providing web development services. He founded Webrosoft Solutions (P) Ltd in 2007 that he currently heads. He started using PHP/MySQL and LAMP platform way back in 1999 and has developed extensively using these technologies. From 2001 onwards his job profile included doing a lot of search engine optimization and search engine marketing for his clients. His company specializes in developing websites geared exclusively towards online retail. This involves a lot of planning with regards to the information architecture, features and presentation of the websites to make them both buyer friendly as well as search engine friendly. He provides guidance to programmers, graphics designers and content writers at Webrosoft to create websites that can truly excel in their respective niches.
